We are a 4th generation family-run independent insurance brokerage, proudly serving customers across the West Midlands and nationwide for over 55 years.
Established in 1963, we’ve helped countless clients find both commercial and personal insurance cover for an extensive range of requirements and industries; some of our original clients are still with us to this day.
We believe that it’s our attention to detail and exceptional standard of service that sets us apart from the rest.
We pride ourselves on the relationships we build and maintain with our clients. Not only do we work closely with you to find the cover you need based on your unique requirements, but we also remain readily available for when you need us, whether it’s to facilitate a change to your policy or to help you make a claim.
We hope you never need to make a claim on your insurance policy, but if you do find yourself needing to, our claims team will be there by your side every step of the way.
We will speak to your insurers on your behalf, support you with admin and paperwork and guide you with specialist advice. We know that making a claim can be stressful, but our goal is to take the strain away wherever possible and ensure you achieve a fair and timely outcome.
