World Values Day is 21st October 2021. To celebrate this, we’ve launched our values page. At Jukes Insurance Brokers, our values are what give our day jobs meaning and purpose, and we have sought to share these in a way that makes it clear what you can expect if choosing to speak with us about your insurance needs.

Trust within the insurance sector can be hard to come by. According to an Accenture study, only 27% of consumers consider insurers to be trustworthy.
We believe that the customer relationship needs to be one of protection and meeting needs, as opposed to meeting sales targets.
Established in 1963, our values have evolved and become deeply ingrained. We aim to build lasting relationships with our customers, and our retention rates and over 1,500 reviews are testament to this.
