Jukes Insurance Brokers are delighted to announce that we were named ‘Financial Services Company of the Year’ at the Midlands Service Excellence Awards.
Taking place at Hogarths Hotel in Dorridge, the awards ceremony was held on Thursday 7th October 2021. The awards were originally due to take place in March 2020 but were delayed 18 months.
Each year, a judging panel presents the Midlands Service Excellence Awards to individuals, companies and organisations who demonstrate excellence in the field of customer service.
The judges noted the lengths we go to ensure our clients are taken care of, our consistently high feedback from clients and retention of them. They were impressed by the clear focus that the needs of our customers have throughout our business.
Our team were thrilled to be recognised by an Awards that focus on Service Excellence, as it is at the heart of our business.
